01 - Dry the turkey breast thoroughly with paper towels before marinating.
02 - Whisk olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, parsley, salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika in a mixing bowl until well combined.
03 - Place turkey breast in a large resealable bag or shallow dish. Pour marinade over turkey, coat evenly, seal, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour and up to 4 hours.
04 - Set air fryer to 350°F and allow to preheat thoroughly.
05 - Remove turkey from marinade and let excess drip off. Place into air fryer basket, skin-side down if applicable. Air fry for 20 minutes.
06 - Turn turkey breast over and cook an additional 15 to 20 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
07 - Let turkey breast rest for 10 minutes on a cutting board, then slice and serve.
