# Directions:
01 - In a pitcher, combine black currant juice, fresh lemon juice, and simple syrup. Stir well to incorporate flavors, then add chilled sparkling water and mix gently. Fill serving glasses with ice cubes, pour the prepared mixture, and garnish each glass with fresh black currants and mint sprigs.
02 - Place frozen black currants, ripe banana, plant-based milk, honey or agave syrup, and vanilla extract into a blender. Blend on high speed until the mixture reaches a smooth consistency. If additional chill is desired, add ice cubes and blend briefly. Pour into serving glasses immediately and serve while cold.
03 - Add lightly crushed black currants, fresh mint leaves, and thinly sliced lemon into a large pitcher or jug. Pour cold filtered water over the fruit and herbs. Cover and refrigerate for a minimum of 30 minutes to allow flavors to infuse. Serve over ice cubes in individual glasses.
