06 - 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
07 - 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

08 - Fresh rosemary sprigs for decoration

# Directions:

01 - Wash and thoroughly dry the cherry tomatoes and basil leaves.
02 - Drain the mini mozzarella balls and pat dry carefully.
03 - Thread onto each wooden skewer in this order to form a tree shape: one cherry tomato, one basil leaf (fold if large), one mozzarella ball, one basil leaf, one cherry tomato, one basil leaf, one mozzarella ball.
04 - Place the skewers on a large serving platter arranged in a triangular configuration resembling a Christmas tree.
05 - Position fresh rosemary sprigs at the base to mimic the tree trunk and tuck extra sprigs amidst the skewers for a festive presentation.
06 - Evenly drizzle extra-virgin olive oil and balsamic glaze over the skewers; season with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper. Serve immediately.
