# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • It's sophisticated enough to impress guests but honestly takes less time than opening a bottle of wine.
  • The combination of tart, sweet, and bubbly creates this perfect moment where everything tastes like summer in a glass.
  • You can make it without alcohol if you need to, and it still feels like something special.
02 -
  • Temperature control is everything—warm glasses or warm ingredients will ruin the whole experience, so chill everything beforehand and don't skip that freezer step.
  • Add the sparkling water last and slowly, because rushing it creates too much foam and you'll lose the visual appeal of seeing the layers.
03 -
  • If you're making these for guests, prep the sorbet and Limoncello in advance, then add the sparkling water tableside for maximum freshness and that satisfying fizz everyone will hear.
  • A microplane zester creates the most beautiful, delicate lemon zest that actually adds real flavor instead of just looking pretty.
