One-Pan Ham Swiss Frittata (Print Version)

# Components:

01 - 8 large eggs
02 - 1/4 cup whole milk
03 - 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese

04 - 1 cup diced cooked ham

06 - 1 cup baby spinach, chopped
07 - 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

09 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
10 - 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme

11 - 1 tablespoon olive oil

# Directions:

01 - Set oven temperature to 375°F and allow to fully preheat.
02 - Heat olive oil in a 10–12 inch oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Add diced yellow onion and cook, stirring, for 3 minutes until translucent.
03 - Add diced ham to the skillet and sauté for 2 minutes. Stir in chopped baby spinach and halved cherry tomatoes; cook for 1 minute until spinach has wilted.
04 - In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, whole milk, salt, black pepper, and dried thyme. Mix in half of the shredded Swiss cheese.
05 - Pour the egg mixture evenly over the ham and vegetables in the skillet. Top with the remaining shredded Swiss cheese.
06 - Cook on the stovetop for 2–3 minutes, until the edges begin to set.
07 - Transfer skillet to preheated oven and bake for 12–15 minutes, or until puffed and the center is set.
08 - Remove frittata from oven and allow to cool for a few minutes. Slice into portions and serve warm or at room temperature.
