01 - 2 cans (8 ounces each) refrigerated cinnamon rolls with icing
02 - 2 cans (15 ounces each) sliced peaches in syrup, drained
03 - 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
04 - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
05 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
06 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

07 - Icing from cinnamon roll packages
08 - 1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)
# Directions:
01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray or butter.
02 - Cut each cinnamon roll into four equal pieces and set the included icing aside for finishing.
03 - In a large mixing bowl, gently toss the drained sliced peaches with brown sugar, ground cinnamon, and vanilla extract until evenly coated.
04 - Evenly arrange half of the cinnamon roll pieces across the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Distribute half the peach mixture over the cinnamon rolls.
05 - Layer the remaining cinnamon roll pieces and top with the rest of the peaches. Drizzle the melted butter evenly over the surface.
06 - Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, or until the cinnamon rolls are golden brown and cooked through.
07 - Allow the casserole to cool for 10 minutes. Drizzle with the reserved icing from the cinnamon rolls. Sprinkle chopped pecans over the top if desired.
08 - Serve the casserole warm, either plain or accompanied by vanilla ice cream.
