Peppermint Espresso Creamy Cocktail (Print Version)

Creamy cocktail blending espresso and peppermint, finished with a chocolate peppermint rim for festive cheer.

# Components:

→ Martinies

01 - 4 fl oz vodka (plain or vanilla; gluten-free if needed)
02 - 2 fl oz coffee liqueur (e.g., Kahlua)
03 - 3 fl oz fresh brewed espresso, cooled (or strong cold brew coffee)
04 - 2 fl oz half & half (or dairy-free peppermint mocha creamer)
05 - 0.25 tsp peppermint extract

→ Chocolate Peppermint Rims & Garnish

06 - Chocolate syrup (enough for rimming glasses)
07 - 2 tbsp crushed candy canes
08 - 6 espresso beans (for garnish)

# Directions:

01 - Pour a thin layer of chocolate syrup onto a small plate. Dip rims of two martini glasses into syrup to coat, then dip into crushed candy canes. Set aside.
02 - Add ice to fill cocktail shaker halfway.
03 - Pour vodka, coffee liqueur, espresso, half & half (or dairy-free creamer), and peppermint extract into the shaker.
04 - Shake vigorously for 60 seconds until well chilled and frothy.
05 - Strain evenly into prepared martini glasses.
06 - Garnish each drink with three espresso beans and serve immediately.
