# Directions:

01 - Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add diced onion, sliced carrots, and celery. Sauté for 4 to 5 minutes until softened.

03 - Add wild rice blend, chicken broth, dried thyme, dried rosemary, and bay leaf. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for 20 to 25 minutes or until rice is tender.

05 - If desired, stir in heavy cream or half-and-half gently, warming without boiling.
