# Directions:

- Wash and dry all vegetables thoroughly. Peel carrots and slice according to specifications in the ingredient list.
- On a large serving platter, assemble the skeleton: use cucumber slices for spine and limbs, arrange carrot and celery sticks for arms and legs, bell pepper strips for ribs and pelvis, cauliflower florets for shoulders and hips, cherry tomatoes and radish slices for joints, broccoli florets for hands and feet, and black olives for eyes and details.
- Cluster cauliflower florets at the top of the skeleton or position a small round bowl to represent the skull.
- In a mixing bowl, mash avocados until smooth with a fork or spoon. Blend in Greek yogurt, garlic, lime juice, olive oil, cilantro, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until the dip becomes creamy and homogeneous.
