02 - 1/2 cup almond butter or peanut butter
03 - 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
04 - 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
05 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
06 - Pinch of salt

→ Homemade Gummies

07 - 1 cup 100% fruit juice such as apple, berry, or orange
08 - 2 tablespoons unflavored gelatin
09 - 2 to 3 tablespoons honey or agave syrup

→ Mash-Up Toppings

10 - 1 cup freeze-dried fruit, such as strawberries or raspberries, lightly crushed
11 - 1 cup freeze-dried candy, such as Skittles or marshmallows, crushed or chopped

# Directions:

01 - Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
02 - In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, almond butter, honey, melted unsalted butter, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir until thoroughly blended, then press evenly into the lined pan. Refrigerate while making gummies.
03 - Pour fruit juice into a small saucepan. Sprinkle unflavored gelatin over the juice and let it sit for 5 minutes. Heat gently over low, stirring until gelatin is fully dissolved. Add honey or agave syrup, stir to combine, and pour the mixture into a parchment-lined small baking dish.
04 - Transfer the dish to the refrigerator and chill for 45 to 60 minutes, or until firm.
05 - Once set, remove the gummies and cut them into small cubes.
06 - Remove the chilled oat base from the refrigerator. Evenly distribute gummy cubes, freeze-dried fruits, and freeze-dried candy over the surface. Gently press the toppings into the base.
07 - Chill the pan for another 10 to 15 minutes, allowing all layers to set firmly.
08 - Using the parchment paper, lift the slab out of the pan. Cut into 12 uniform bars and serve as desired.
