08 - 1/2 tsp salt
09 - 1/4 tsp ground black pepper

10 - 1/3 cup honey
11 - 2 tbsp soy sauce
12 - 1–2 tbsp sriracha, adjusted to taste
13 - 1 tbsp rice vinegar
14 - 1 tsp toasted sesame oil
15 - 1 clove garlic, minced
16 - 1 tsp freshly grated ginger

# Directions:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a large bowl, gently combine ground chicken, egg, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, chopped green onions, soy sauce, sriracha, salt, and black pepper. Mix until just combined, avoiding overworking the mixture.
03 - Shape the mixture into 20 uniform meatballs and arrange them evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
04 - Bake for 15 to 18 minutes until meatballs are browned and cooked through.
05 - While meatballs bake, combine honey, soy sauce, sriracha, rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger in a small saucepan over medium heat. Simmer for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the glaze slightly thickens.
06 - Remove meatballs from oven and immediately toss them in the warm honey glaze ensuring even coating.
07 - Serve hot, optionally garnished with sliced green onions and toasted sesame seeds.
