A quick, flavorful wrap combining turkey, stuffing, and cranberry for a delicious twist on leftovers.
# Components:
→ Leftovers
01 - 1 cup cooked turkey, shredded or sliced
02 - 1 cup stuffing (herb or sausage)
03 - ½ cup cranberry sauce
04 - ½ cup gravy (optional, for dipping or drizzling)
→ Dairy
05 - ½ cup shredded mozzarella or Swiss cheese
→ Wraps
06 - 2 large (10-inch) flour tortillas
→ For cooking
07 - 2 teaspoons butter or olive oil
# Directions:
01 - Lay a tortilla flat on a cutting board. Make a single straight cut from the center towards the edge, creating a quarter division.
02 - Treat the tortilla as four quarters. Place half the turkey on the first quarter, half the stuffing on the second, half the cranberry sauce on the third, and half the cheese on the fourth.
03 - Starting at the cut, fold the first quarter over the second, then the third, and finally the fourth, forming a layered triangle-shaped wrap.
04 - Repeat the process with the second tortilla and the remaining ingredients.
05 - Heat butter or olive oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Place wraps seam-side down and cook 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and cheese is melted.
06 - Serve immediately, with optional gravy on the side for dipping.
