# Directions:
01 - Line your work area with parchment paper or place a clean tray to assemble the stacks.
02 - Organize the chocolate coins by size, grouping similar diameters together.
03 - For each stack, select 3 to 4 coins in descending size, placing the largest at the bottom and smallest on top.
04 - Apply a small amount of royal icing or melted chocolate between coins and press gently to adhere.
05 - Allow the stacks to set for 5 to 10 minutes until firm.
06 - Tie a festive ribbon around each stack, securing with a knot or bow, and attach gift tags or stickers if desired.
07 - Optionally, brush the tops lightly with edible gold glitter or sprinkle with gold sanding sugar for extra sparkle.
