# Components:

→ Matcha Base

01 - 1 teaspoon high-quality matcha powder
02 - 1/4 cup hot water (about 175°F, not boiling)
03 - 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
04 - 1 teaspoon maple syrup or honey (optional)
05 - 3/4 cup milk of choice (dairy or non-dairy such as oat, almond, soy)
06 - Ice cubes

07 - 1/4 cup cold milk of choice
08 - 1 scoop (about 15 g) vanilla protein powder (whey or plant-based)
09 - 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
10 - 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
11 - 1–2 teaspoons maple syrup or honey (optional)

12 - Pinch of ground cinnamon

# Directions:

01 - Whisk matcha powder with hot water until completely smooth and frothy.
02 - Stir in ground cinnamon and optional sweetener until fully dissolved.
03 - Fill a tall glass with ice cubes and pour in the milk.
04 - Pour the matcha mixture over the milk and ice, stir gently to combine.
05 - In a separate bowl or shaker, combine cold milk, protein powder, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and optional sweetener.
06 - Froth the mixture with a milk frother or small whisk until thick, creamy, and foamy.
07 - Spoon the protein foam generously over the iced matcha latte.
08 - Sprinkle with a pinch of ground cinnamon and serve immediately.
