# Directions:
01 - Preheat your waffle iron according to the manufacturer's instructions.
02 - In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves until evenly mixed.
03 - In a separate bowl, whisk eggs, milk, molasses, brown sugar, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
04 - Pour wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and gently fold until just combined; a few lumps are acceptable to maintain waffle lightness.
05 - Lightly grease the waffle iron with butter or oil. Pour batter to cover the iron’s surface and cook following manufacturer's guidelines until golden brown. Repeat for remaining batter.
