03 - In a mixing bowl, combine crème fraîche, minced garlic, chopped dill, lemon zest, salt, and black pepper. Stir until thoroughly blended.
04 - Spread the crème fraîche mixture evenly over the dough, leaving a 1/2-inch border around the edge.
05 - Distribute shredded mozzarella evenly over the sauce.
06 - Layer sliced dill pickles and red onion (if using) over the cheese.
07 - Transfer to oven and bake for 12–15 minutes, until crust is golden and cheese is bubbling.
08 - Remove from oven, garnish with fresh dill, slice, and serve immediately.
