01 - 2 large ripe pears, halved and cored

02 - 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
03 - 1 tsp ground cinnamon
04 - 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

05 - 1/3 cup walnut halves, roughly chopped

06 - 1 cup plain Greek yogurt

# Directions:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
02 - Place pear halves cut side up in the baking dish.
03 - Drizzle pears with honey or maple syrup, then sprinkle with cinnamon and vanilla extract.
04 - Bake for 22 to 25 minutes until pears are tender and caramelized.
05 - Remove from oven and let pears cool slightly.
06 - Divide Greek yogurt onto plates; top each with a roasted pear half.
