# Directions:
01 - Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a 9x9-inch baking dish.
02 - Arrange frozen dumplings in a single layer in the prepared dish.
03 - In a medium bowl, whisk together heavy cream, broth, minced garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, and black pepper until well combined.
04 - Pour the creamy sauce evenly over the dumplings.
05 - Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
06 - Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
07 - Remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbling and the top is golden brown.
