Instructions

Air Fryer option:
Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Arrange chicken and vegetables in basket in a single layer (cook in batches if needed). Air fry for 18 minutes shaking halfway until chicken is cooked and vegetables are tender.
Garnish & serve:
Serve hot garnished with parsley and lemon wedges.
